Each year, a Remembrance Observance takes place at the Beirut Memorial In Struthers, Ohio to remember those who gave the greatest sacrifice for their country.

Every 7 weeks the Detachment goes to the Ohio National Cemetery which is in Rittman, Ohio. We perform Honor Guard for our brothers and sisters in Uniform!

MCL #494 supports local Marines to provide toys to children in need.
